Generally speaking, people are not evil or good at their inception, but are molded by their environment into vessels of either of those traits. Throughout most populations, there are standard sets of ethics that contain various forms of altruism that are socially accepted as decent or kind. However, in some cases individuals are brought up in cultures or households that emphasize acts of maliciousness that contour those individuals into wrongful humans. The population of decent individuals is, thankfully, greater in proportions than that of cruel persons thus people are basically good.
People are never completely good or completely evil. Everyone has a redeeming factor just as much as they have a demeaning factor. That is what makes us human. Mistakes occur all the time and an act of evil can be done without one even knowing what that act was in the first place. We only know what we see as evil, and what we see as good, our capacity for good outweighing the evil. In truth, while nobody can be completely good or evil, one can at least be as good as possible.
I do not think that one person can be completely good or bad. Everyone makes mistakes and even the best people sometimes do bad things. Just because you make a simple mistake, it does not label you as bad, since everyone makes mistakes sometimes.
When a human is born, they are never one thing or the other. Instead, the way they are raised and the people the surround themselves with influence the outcome of who that person is. After all, life is just a learning experience.
I think people are basically good. Everything we to has the motivation of good in our minds. Sometimes theses actions are seen as evil towards others but good for ourselves. No matter what we do it is driven by doing something good. Even an "evil" person is trying to do good for themselves.
I believe people are born good. You are not born to hate or love. You are taught those emotions. People are good at heart but some are corrupted by evil but no one is fully evil. You are born innocent of hate and that is your foundation. People are generally good at heart.
I believe people are born good. You are not born to hate or love. You are taught those emotions. People are good at heart but some are corrupted by evil but no one is fully evil. You are born innocent of hate and that is your foundation. People are generally good at heart.
Someone can't just be good or just be evil. If you are a good person, there will some bad days that you are "evil" and if you are evil, you have to care about someone. There is something about everyone that makes them good and evil.
I don't really think that people are evil or good because people choose their own paths throughout their lives. But most people would probably start out good in their lives because they haven't done anything wrong.
People should not be classified as either good or evil exclusively. Every single person has both aspects inside. Even people who are generally considered to be "good" have done evil things throughout their lives. The proportion of good and evil within a person depends on several things, including their character traits and surroundings.
Good and evil is a broad adjective used to describe people. Not everyone is inherently a good person, nor an evil person. As human beings, we all make mistakes, no matter how nice you are. People who choose to reduce their number of mistakes and be good to others can be considered "good." People who choose to continue their hurtful actions are "evil." Everyone has qualities that put them on either side of the spectrum.
A person's character is shaped by their past experiences. I believe that most people are good at heart. Sometimes their intentions are good, but the act was wrong. In other cases, a person's intentions can also be bad. No one can be deemed good or evil because everyone has a different way of thinking. Mistakes happen in life. No one can be a perfectly good person, and no one can be purely evil.
People are not good or evil. No one is perfect and even the nicest person in the world has negative thoughts on different topics. Society also shapes us to be more judgmental but also respectful. You cannot categorize people with traits that don't fully define you.
I believe that people are not necessarily completely good or completely evil. Everybody has feelings of goodness inside and everybody also has feelings of hate. It depends on what feelings you decide to bring out that makes people classify you has 'good' or 'evil'. There are more good people in the world now, and it makes the world a more pleasant place than if there were all bad people.
Every human has their own flaws, and not everyone is perfect. You cannot judge someone from a mistake or multiple mistakes they have made, even though society does anyway. No one is really good or bad, but a little bit of both. When you're brought into this world, you're automatically good because you haven't been in this world long enough to do anything bad. As you get older, you start to develop into your character and you learn new things every day. Your environment has a big impact on this. For example, if you grow up in a bad part of a big city, you could be influenced to act the same way. The media and television, things you hear can affect you in the long run.
Do you think people are basically good or evil? Why or why not?
I think that yes people are mostly good or evil. In saying that, I also believe that people can change only if they really want to. Anyways I think that people are who they are and you can never truly change their core of who they are but they can change their actions.
I believe in the idea that you are born good but have a bit of evil in you also. I think that you can be good but taught evil. People have influences all around them and can easily be persuaded. No one is necessarily all good or evil though. If a person were evil they would have had the wrong childhood. None of us are perfect and we will eventually make a wrong turn in our lives, but you have to keep going. They way you go after is your choice however.
I do not believe there are people who are good all the way around and bad all the way around. Although some people are just plain crazy and can't be helped. Everyone has passion and cares for at least one person. Evil people will always feel sorrow for if the person they love was to be hurting. Good people never tend to keep their goodness going 24/7. It's possible to make the nicest people snap as long as you're annoying enough.
I believe people are generally good. With every decision they make, they try to do the right thing. However, there are some people who are evil and want others to suffer. When they make decisions, they try to do what they think is good for them.
I don't think one person is ever completely good or evil. I believe that people are more sculpted by the people they chose to involve themselves with. If a person is more influenced by people with good intentions then they too will have more of moral sense of good, whereas someone who is influenced by evil may lean more in that direction.
I don't think people are born evil or good. It depends on their environment and how they are treated while they are growing up. I think there is a part in everyone that is good, but it may be buried deeper inside harsher people.
Right when the human is born, they are neither good or evil. If it is my opinion on how most people turn out, it is that most people turn out evil. They all have it wired in their brains, people want things like money, power, and stuff. Some people will do most anything to have these things. If you think about it, you have done many bad things over time, but if your parents don't teach you about these mistakes, it can end up being a chain of bad things. I think that more and more, parents are becoming bad influences on their children causing them to also grow up to be bad influences on their children and so on. In the future I believe that this world will be swarming with evil people and we could do nothing about it. So yes, in my opinion, most people are evil, they just might not know it. Everyone has a sense of greed or selfishness inside of them. Somewhere you have the urge to steal that piece of candy, the only reason you don't is because you don't want to go to jail for it. If there was no penalty for stealing things from people, would you still pay for it? Most people, in my opinion would answer no, most people are evil.
I think people are a little bit of both. Their are no people in the world who are perfect. Everyone, at one point or another, has fallen short of the best. Also, I don't think their are people who have never done anything good. There is a lot of evil and corruption in the world, and I think that this is the majority, but their are also a lot of people with good intentions who just might not get the results they wanted. Human kind cannot be classified as good or evil exclusively.
I think people are basically good. We start out in the world not knowing right from wrong, and the people around us shape the meaning of right and wrong for us. So, Billy Bob's definition of good could be completely different from Joe Shmo. Same with the definition for bad- it can differ between people. So yes, I believe that people are basically good.
I don't think you can define a person as being good or evil. "Good" people do bad things and in the same way "bad" people do good things. It could be an opinion whether someone is good or bad, but it's also not a character trait. It's more of a description of a person's actions. Those actions, defined either to be good or evil, are based off of a person's experiences, what they've been taught, or their environment.
I don't believe that people are either good or evil. I believe that everyone has a good and bad side. It is who raises the child and teaches it that determines what side shows most. Everyone is equally made of good and evil, it just depends on who they look up to.
