Othello HBL 10/27

Which character did you relate with the most in this book? Why is this? How did this character change throughout the play?

I connected most with Othello because he is easily persuaded to think differently even if it is a lie. Othello changed throughout the play because he used to adore Desdemona and now he hates her. He was easily manipulated and is now throwing away someone he used to really care about.

I would say othello because he is in a state of mind in which he doesn't know what to believe and I have been in a similar situation.

The character that I relate with the most in this book is Othello. At times I believe people have done things, based off of what others say, even though I have no real proof. I let them trick me into thinking what they say is completely true, even though it is not. Many times people do this to get back at people or make themselves look good without telling both sides to the story, so their accusation is biased.

I can relate to Othello the most because he is easily manipulated. Iago convinces Othello that Desdemona is cheating on him causing him to get angry at her.

I connected most with Desdemona because she is honest and true about her love. She is a strong character who stands by her word and is loyal, despite what Othello thinks. Throughout the play, Desdemona becomes worried and confused because Othello is angry with her and she does not know why.

I would say Othello because I would want to believe my friend but I would be stuck with who to believe.

I can relate to Othello because he is gullible and can be manipulated. Othello is getting told all this information from Iago and a lot of it isn't true but he still believes it. I can be that way sometimes because if somebody I trust tells me something, I will probably believe them even though they could be lying to me.

I relate most with Desdemona in a way. I sometimes cannot read people and don't know why they are feeling a certain way. She changes from a semi assertive individual who stands up for what she wants to a passive victim of Othello's jealousy. She doesn't try to stand up for herself when Othello starts to accuse her.

I would say I connected most with Othello. I would say this because I like I might trust the wrong people sometimes.

I can relate to Othello the most because he is very gullible. I am like Othello because I am easily tricked. Othello changed throughout the play because he was in love with Desdemona and now he does not like her at all. Othello was tricked which is one of his problems because he now has lost the love of his life.

I would say I relate most to Desdamona because I'm usually out of the loop. In the end we change how we act and see certain people based on the events that occured.

I relate most with Othello. I trust people easily and if something goes wrong I tend to first think of the worst case scenario rather than looking for the truth and make something really small into something big. Kind of like how Othello trusts Iago and thinks the worst about Desdemona when really if he listened to others and looked for the truth he could sort everything out quickly

I relate the most to Othello. I too trust people at the wrong times causing confusion or problems. Othello is good at heart but can be easily persuaded or changed. Something I see parallels with in my own life.

I would say Othello because he is in a state of mind where he doesn't know who to believe and I have been there before and it is a terrible situation.

I relate to Othello the most because he is in a position where he doesn't know who to believe and it is truly a terrible situation to be in

I relate most with Othello because I easily believe things that others have told me. Also rather than ask the person who I am mad at, I would rather keep the issue to myself but act rude towards that person. Othello changed because he doesn't trust Desdemona anymore and his marriage is failing.

I feel like I relate to Othello the most. I find myself a trusting person even when I shouldn't be. Othello is definitely the most changed in the play going from a kind man to a potential murder.

I relate most of all with Othello because I can be told about the smallest event and believe in it with almost little to no evidence of it happening.

I relate with Desdemona. I grew up highly sheltered, and I'm the type of person to assume the best in people. I've never had a lot of street smarts like Emilia, although after 4 years of highschool I've gotten a lot better. Desdemona comes to accept that somethings wrong and wisens up. She decides to try out a plan to convince Othello that he's wrong, which shows that she's grown to accept that Othellomight be jealous.

I associate myself with Cassio. I know what it likes to be cheated out of a promotion rightly deserved. I didn't try to kill anyone, though.

I think that I most relate to Desdemona, simply because she is nice and sweet, despite of all these accusations that are being pressed on her by Othello, due to the false information, but I feel like I am the same way, I'm not a fighter I'm a lover. I try to be nice to everyone who talks to me, even if they get on your nerves sometimes, like Ethan Moore, love you Ethan XD

I relate to more Othello than anyone else, I like to see justice be done to my enemies but sometimes I act to fast. That might of course be the more descriptive summary but in short I act a little bit too fast sometimes and I sometimes like to seek revenge on people who treated me poorly.

I relate most to Othello because he is very quick to judgement. He easily wrongfully accuses Desdemona of cheating on him with Cassio but never investigates whether not what Iago tells him is true. I can relate to this because I can't be very easily influenced much like Othello has been in the story.

I feel like I relate to Othello the most. I find myself a trusting person even when I shouldn't be. I am willing to follow someone I trust blindly, and make rash decisions.

I think I could relate to Othello the most. The reason for that is that sometimes I trust people I shouldn't. Sometimes I listen to other people more than I listen to what I think.
