I believe Hamlet has many thoughts going through his head at this point. He has anger towards his uncle for killing his father, he most likely emotional after seeing his father as a spirit, he also likely is unsure on what to do next. Hamlet with all of these experiences has to make a decision to kill his uncle or not to and if he does how will he do so. Hamlet has a decision to make and he has a lot of stress added too such a situation.
Hamlet was originally feeling grief and lost. Then after hearing his father, he feels deprived of what is supposed to be his, and is saddened to the point of anger and rage. With that, he decides to take revenge of the one who deprived him of what he should have. brilliance of~ Emily Kirkland.
I think at this point Hamlet is feeling super angry since he just found out that his father was murdered. I think he's even more angry because his father was murdered by his uncle, who was his father's brother. He didn't like his uncle to begin with but now he hates him even more. At this point Hamlet is probably thinking about revenge, which is what his father's ghost told him to do. He's thinking abut getting revenge on Claudius by acting insane.
I think Hamlet is confused on what happened to his dad. He already didn't like the new king and now it makes it a lot worse. He also thinks acting crazy is the answer because then the people of Denmark would feel bad for hamlet and not think anything of it. He also might be thinking what just happened because he wasn't expecting for his dad to say that his own brother killed him.
When the ghost first arrives he almost seems frighten but wants to follow him and after he follows him he still seems frightened. I think Hamlet had a lot of thoughts going through his head and lots of confusion. Once he follows the ghost and talks to him about everything he almost seems angry because of what he was just told. Since he has anger towards his uncle thats why he agrees with the ghost to get revenge and to go after Claudius.
Hamlet is both happy and very frustrated. He is frustrated because he has even more reason now to hate his Uncle now that he knows his Father died because of his uncle. He is happy, because he now he is able to both get rid of his Uncle, and become King. Knowing he can revenge his Father will also give himself a sense of accomplishment.
At this point, Hamlet is shocked because he just saw his father's ghost. The ghost wanted Hamlet to follow him, although the guards didn't want him to. The ghost then told Hamlet that his brother killed him to become king. Hamlet is disappointed that his own uncle has killed his father, in return, the ghost told Hamlet to get revenge but to leave his mother alone.
Hamlet feels as if his mother is a horrible person for remarrying so quickly and he believes that the ghost of his father has come to him and requested for him to take revenge against the murderer of Hamlet's father. Hamlet believes he must go forth and kill his uncle and to hide the deed he must pretend he is mad.
Hamlet is just wanting to figure out what happened to his father. After he finds out all he is thinking about is how he can get revenge on king Claudius. He wants to make sure that they believe he is crazy when he does it so he can get away with it. When he tells Horatio and Marcelus he makes sure they swear they won't tell anyone.~Matt Ludwick
Hamlet was thinking of anger due to his uncle actually killing his father and now he knows the truth about it and has a reason to even hate him more than he already does. He is also frustrated due to his mother falling for his uncle and now the killer of his father is now king over him and now all he can do is go after and get him himself.
At this point in the play, he is most likely feeling enraged at his uncle because he is lying to the people of Denmark about how his brother died. He is also thinking about the revenge that he is going to get on his uncle for killing his father, now that he knows the truth of how his father died.
I think that Hamlet is very mad once he found out his dad was actually murdered. I think the ghost has convinced Hamlet and made him determined to get revenge. He came up with a plan to get revenge by acting antic.
Hamlet is determined to follow his fathers spirit to find out what actually happened. He hopes to find true answers as anyone would if their father was killed. He thinks that if he continues to follow this spirit he will find those answers he was looking for. when he figures out what happens his mind is corrupted by the desire for revenge on Claudius. he promises to get revenge so he will strive to get it. he feels upset as soon as his father leaves and then shifts in to an angry state.
Ham Sandwich (Hamlet) is confused from all this information he's getting at once that contradicts what he's been told. He's bewildered at the sight of his father and pities his death for he is currently damned. The Sandwich made of Ham also feels that he has no reason to fear death for his soul is immortal and he wants to die anyway. Hammy boy is afraid that he could be damned himself for carrying out such a vile act. He plans to act insane to kill the king and probably wants to to be able to vent.
What is Hamlet thinking and feeling at this point in the play?
Hamlet is thinking that he might be able to rid himself of Claudius by avenging his father for him. Talking to his father gave him a feeling of better understanding, he finally knows how his father truly died. hamlet realizes that if the guards say anything to any "outsiders" he may lose the chance to kill Claudius and never have another chance. Hamlet is already thinking of a way to trick people around him and get closer to Claudius.
I think that Hamlet has many emotions running through him right now after finding out that his father was murdered. Since he did not like his uncle to begin with, now he hates him even more after finding out that his uncle poisoned him. He probably is thinking about planning out his revenge and what he is going to do to take out his uncle. Also, he probably thinks nobody loves him anymore after finding out his mother also had something to do with it after thinking all these years that his mother was an innocent lady. He probably thinks his mother should pay as well but he must respect his father's wishes.
Hamlet is very sad and mad. He is sad because his father is dead. He is mad because he has an even bigger reason to hate his uncle. He knows that he will feel better when his uncle is dead, because then he will then be the king of Denmark and he also will have avenged his father.
